Communication with English-speaking patients in the ER – LANGUAGE WORKSHOPS

 We invite you to our short workshops for medics - communication with English-speaking patients in the ER.

During the course you will learn how to:

– have a conversation with English-speaking patients in the ER,

– ask questions and take detailed interview regarding symptoms and complaints,

– explain medical procedures simply and understably to patients,

– analyse and discuss clinical cases in English,

– differentiate and use the colloquial language and the medical language regarding traumas, disease entities and classification,

– effectively communicate with patients in urgent situations using appropriate words and phrases.
